My involovment in garden has been a interest since my childhood. With my roots in farming by my uncle and grandparents in Ohio (now passed away) There has always been a love for the growing of plants and raising animals. Grandma had chikens and cows. My uncle grew potatioes and corn. My upbringing in the "small southern town" of Miami Fla. where I worked at small road side veggie stands and in the fields in the "farm land area" of South Miami. Most of those now are lost to house and shopping centers. When my health started going down I started looking deeper at where my food came from and more importantly, how it was grown. Because we really are what we eat and what we eat becomes our bodies. I changed old ways for what I know now has added years to my life. Thank the Good LORD for His wisdom.
